The structure changes with the work. Accountability does not.
Spontan delivers through four connected layers: leadership that carries the vision, a core structure of 22 recurring delivery positions, more than 10 active delivery partners, and a wider expert network of more than 100 professionals developed through real assignments since 2018.
Some projects are completed entirely by the core team. Others draw in additional technical depth, sector expertise, language capacity or field implementation across several locations.
Spontan’s leadership brings together company strategy, project development, operations, finance and technology, with clear responsibility for how work is planned, managed and delivered.

22 positions. One delivery system.
Spontan’s core structure includes 22 recurring delivery positions across the disciplines required to plan, produce, implement and maintain complex assignments.
The structure is role-based, presented by role rather than as a public directory of every individual contributor. This provides a clearer and more stable view of how work is delivered. Individual project teams are formed from the relevant positions according to the scope, timeline and technical requirements of each assignment.
Capacity scales without fragmenting responsibility.

Quality Assurance
Technical testing, content review, accessibility checks, delivery verification, version control and consistency across outputs.
Specialist capacity developed through real assignments.
Since 2018, Spontan has built working relationships with more than 100 professionals across technical, creative, institutional and implementation disciplines. Experts are selected according to the assignment rather than included to create the appearance of scale.
Scope first. Team second.
Team formation begins with the assignment, not with a fixed organizational chart.
Leadership then defines the appropriate structure.
The core team covers the relevant delivery areas. Additional experts, suppliers or implementation partners are engaged where the assignment requires greater scale or specialist depth.
Responsibilities, review points, approvals and communication routes are established before implementation begins.
- Required outputs and outcomes
- Technical complexity
- Sector knowledge

Additional contributors remain part of one controlled process.
Spontan’s active delivery partners, external experts, consultants, suppliers and implementation collaborators work within defined responsibilities and approval structures.
External involvement does not transfer coordination to the client.
Spontan remains responsible for integrating the work, maintaining the delivery standard and managing the relationship between the different contributors.
- Written scopes of work
- Service agreements or subcontracts
- Confidentiality obligations
- Data protection requirements
- Conflict of interest checks
- Safeguarding and conduct requirements
- Defined deliverables and deadlines
- Controlled system and document access
- Internal review before client delivery
- Version and approval management
- Performance and completion records
The strongest team is not the largest one. It is the one built correctly.
Supporting documentation is provided through the controlled credentials process rather than published in full on the website.
