   We assess the call, ToR, eligibility requirements, target geography, deadline and proposed consortium structure.

   Fit and Role Assessment

   We determine whether Spontan can add meaningful technical, operational, regional or sector specific value and identify the appropriate role.

3. 03

   Scope Definition

   The parties agree on responsibilities, proposal inputs, required personnel, supporting documentation and the expected implementation scope.

4. 04

   Proposal Contribution

   Spontan provides the agreed company information, methodology input, personnel profiles, references and technical documentation.

5. 05

   Implementation

   If the proposal is successful, Spontan delivers the contracted scope within the consortium’s governance, reporting and quality framework.
